Rebecca Rayane da Silva Pereira had been eating the nuggets, together with some beans and rice, when she suddenly started struggling to breathe.
Her father, Diego Alves Pereira, told local media in Brazil that he was working while his wife was at home with the children when the tragedy occurred on October 23.
