People infected with coronavirus may develop a skin symptom known as covid toes. Research from the International League of Dermatological Societies and the American Academy of Dermatology found that some patients had chilblain-like inflammation on their feet that sometimes lasted for months.
The condition typically develops within a week to four weeks after infection and can cause the toes to be swollen or change color.
