A total of 1,072 people in Lancashire have tested positive for Covid-19 in the latest 24 hour period, according to Public Health England.
Across the whole of county, as many as 41,178 people have contracted the virus since the start of the pandemic.
The biggest daily increase in new cases was seen in Blackburn with Darwen with 184 people testing positive for the virus since the day before.
