A judge has granted Meghan Markle’s request to delay her privacy lawsuit against Associated Newspapers and while this is good news for royal, it could impact Queen Elizabeth.
The trial was due to begin on January 11 and would have required the Duchess of Sussex to attend in person, meaning she and Prince Harry would have travelled back to the UK for the first time since leaving the royal family.
This means Harry won’t be able to visit his family in person, as hoped.
