Lew calls for entire Myer board to go after chairman resigns – The Australian Financial Review
After securing the resignation of chairman Garry Hounsell, Solomon Lew called for the entire Myer board to go so he can appoint his own directors.

“In the interests of all shareholders, we expect the remaining Myer directors will now indicate their intention to step aside in an orderly manner or face an extraordinary general meeting at which they will be certainly dismissed,” he said.
JoAnne Stephenson, a former KPMG partner who has been on the board for four years, has been appointed acting chairman while a global search is undertaken to find a permanent replacement chairman.
