Sydney house prices back on the rise, but unit market remains weaker – Domain News
Median house prices are at record highs in some regions, new data shows, but Sydney’s property market isn’t out of the woods yet.
Sydney house prices have rebounded in recent months, jumping more than $100,000 in pockets of the city, new figures show.
Sydneys median house prices increased about $13,300, or 1.2 per cent, to $1,154,406 over the September quarter, the latest Domain House Price Report, released on Thursday, shows.
Prices continued to fall for apartments, though at a slower rate, with the median dropping 0.2 per cent to $732,423.
