Microsoft has released KB4577586 today, the “Update for the removal of Adobe Flash Player: October 27, 2020“.
As suggested by the name, KB4577586 removed Adobe Flash from all versions of Windows 10 and Windows Server and prevents it from being installed again.
The update is not being pushed out, and is currently only available via the Microsoft Catalog. It is a one-way option – once installed it can not be uninstalled – the only option is restoring you PC to an earlier time.
