MGM has pushed both the Aretha Franklin biopic “Respect” and the Alicia Vikander-led “Tomb Raider” sequel.
Jennifer Hudson plays the Queen of Soul in”Respect” which was originally set to debut on October 9th before being bumped to a limited Christmas Day release followed by a wide January 15th release. Now the film is getting completely out of the way of awards season for this year – moving off until August 13th next year.
The “Tomb Raider” follow-up has been pulled from the schedule altogether,…
