Gorillaz leader Damon Albarn has spent a great deal of 2020 at his home in Devon, four hours from London.
“I’ve had a place down there since ’96,” he tells Double J’s Tim Shiel on Arvos.
“It was the first thing I ever bought, when I had a little bit of money.
“For a long time it was like, ‘Why did I buy this? It’s so far away from everywhere’. But this year, it became like, ‘Wow, I’m glad I did that’.
