The bar was still pretty gnarly (and long) and the only boats I filmed heading out (exactly like yesterday) were ‘Granite Express’ and Trekka 2. A light 3 to 5 knot south easterly breeze blowing at the river mouth. Still a tad sloppy in the bay and beyond. BOM forecast is for east to south easterly winds about 10 knots. Swell: Easterly 1.5 to 2 metres. Filmed between 5.50am and 6.15am which was a couple of hours after a 0.55m low tide.
