Elizabeth Quay will become home to one of tallest buildings in Perth’s CBD after formal development approval was granted for two new towers to be built at the waterfront site.
Key points:
- The taller tower will stand 58 storeys while the second will be 21 storeys
- Construction of the smaller building is due to start later next year
- The size of a hotel in the big tower has been cut from 220 to 84 rooms
The buildings include what will be the city’s fourth-tallest tower, with a unique cantilever design.
