QGAir Helicopter attended a 4WD accident containing four occupants. The vehicle crashed into a tree on a dirt track in the pine forest near Wild Horse Mountain Lookout.
All patients where treated by QAS units at the scene, three were transported by Ambulances to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
One male was airlifted to the Royal Brisbane Hospital.
Many thanks to all the QPS, QFRES and QAS for all there assistance at the incident.
