Victoria has recorded no new cases of coronavirus and no deaths in the past day, as Melbourne businesses prepare to open up from 11.59pm.

The government is yet to announce how and when restrictions will ease in that regard.
Mr Wallace said the recent outbreak in Melbourne’s north reinforced the danger of family transmission.
