The “bulk” of the UK’s coronavirus vaccine rollout could be finished by next summer, Matt Hancock claimed today.
The Health Secretary gave hope to those who are eyeing a return to normality after the long, dark winter by saying his “central expectation” is to be well under way by July.
But he dashed hopes that NHS staff could be vaccinated within weeks, despite the Sun reporting a London NHS trust is preparing to receive stocks of the AstraZeneca jab from next week.
