Why I’ve become obsessed with the TV show Flip or Flop – Nine

I have watched a lot of reality TV in my time and as part of my job, but renovation shows have generally been a blind spot.
This has changed in recent times.
It could be because I’m getting older and I’m now at a stage in my life where I care about real estate, renovations and fixing things. Or it could be because I’ve found a show that ticks the right boxes.
