Planning a fishing trip along Queensland’s coast? ???? Just remember that from today, snapper and pearl perch are no-take species for the next four weeks. This applies to all commercial, charter and recreational fishers. Penalties now apply to any fisher found to be taking snapper or pearl perch. The fishery will reopen at 12.01am on 16 August 2020.
