NHS staff have told harrowing tales of how they battled mental health issues while risking their lives to save others.
Nurse Donna Marie Thomas, 47, of Swansea, was advised to shield because of her asthma before being told to come back to work.
She said: Id missed training and everything was really frightening.
“It was a rubbish time.
She then needed time off because of the mental stress and pressures at work.
