Sheridan might not like ‘labels’, but they tell our story to the world – Sydney Morning Herald
Those labels the star finds so troublesome are not just intrinsic to how an individual sees themselves, but also to how the world sees us.
It is not clear why Sheridan, now 35, chose this time – a week after the worldwide Coming Out Day – to reveal that despite having had relationships with both men and women over many years he is unable to find a “label” which truly defines him.
“I believe labels are for clothes, not for people,” he tells us.
His same-sex relationships have been well known within showbiz and media circles for years, even while his publicists regularly planted stories of him supposedly dating women.
