Queenslanders downplay deadly melanoma risk
According to one study, up to one in four Queenslanders significantly underestimate the risk of developing potentially fatal melanoma. And those at the highest risk people over 65, of European descent, with high birthmarks and fair skin have the worst predictions of their chances of developing skin cancer, Queensland researchers found.
