Couple with same type of rare blood cancer fall in love: ‘Never thought I would end up dating him!’ – 9Honey
The “how it started/how it’s going” trend has swept the Internet with adorably nostalgic memories, but for one couple, it’s revealed a truly touching love story.
Molly Gorczyca and Ryan Smith were undergoing treatment for the same type of cancer when they met, and quickly fell in love with one another.
Sharing their romance on Twitter, the couple, both 21, were diagnosed with a rare type of cancer – acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) – which affects the bone marrow and blood.
