Acclaimed actor Jeff Bridges has shocked fans after revealing he has been diagnosed with cancer.
The 70-year-old announced he had been diagnosed with lymphoma in a post to his 300,000 Twitter followers and referenced his character The Dude, in The Big Lebowski.
As the Dude would say New s*** has come to light, Bridges wrote.
I have been diagnosed with lymphoma. Although it is a serious disease, I feel fortunate that I have a great team of doctors and the prognosis is good.
