Reading to get new walk-in coronavirus testing centre – Berkshire Live
Reading is currently in Tier 1, but there are concerns cases could quickly spread

Reading will see a new coronavirus testing centre open later this week.
The new walk-in centre will be based at the University of Reading, but will help all people in the town get Covid-19 tests close to where they live.
It will only be accessible by cycling or walking and not by car, and visitors will not have to book in advance.
At a debate in parliament on test and trace Julia Lopez MP, Parliamentary Secretary for the Cabinet Office, announced the news.
