Chloe Papandrea AKA CXLOE covered the #1 song in the Hottest 100 of 1994.
Written by Dolores ORiordan, the classic track is about The Troubles in Ireland, the 1916 Easter Rising and the deaths of two young boys, Tim Parry and Johnathan Ball. For Chloe, she says she grew up listening to this song with her dad.
