Long Covid can last at least seven months and may come in up to four types that hit every part of the brain and body, according to a major study.
The condition, which affects some people who are infected with Covid-19, can afflict people of all ages and backgrounds as well as those whose symptoms are initially quite mild. It may even arise in people who had no symptoms with their original infection, although that is still unclear.
