COVID-19 claims 117 more lives in France – Xinhua | English.news.cn – Xinhua

PARIS, Oct. 13 (Xinhua) — Coronavirus-linked fatalities in France stood at 32,942, after a further 117 COVID-19 patients died in 24 hours, compared to 96 deaths on Monday and 46 on Sunday, official data showed on Tuesday.
In the last 24 hours, France registered 12,993 new confirmed cases, much higher than Monday’s 8,505 cases, taking the cumulative number of COVID-19 infections to 756,472 since the pandemic outbreak, said French Health authorities.
