They solve the riddle of 99.99% dark matter in a strange…

Astronomers have found an explanation for the staggering estimated presence of dark matter, 99.9 percent, in a very diffuse galaxy discovered a few years ago.
This galaxy, called Dragonfly 44, had 10,000 times more dark matter than visible mass, compared to averages set between 10 and 300 times by different studies.
Baffled by this discovery, astronomers have struggled to explore whether this object is truly anomalous or if something went wrong with the analy…
