Since then the Financial Review revealed an earlier complaint in March 2019, which Mr Chellew said he personally investigated and after which Mr Bansal had made a commitment to change, despite no evidence being provided to support this claim and further complaints to the contrary.
Another complaint, in August 2019, was said to have been dealt with appropriately but no evidence has been produced to support the claim. Mr Bansal also said he had no knowledge of the August 2019 complaint.
