New advice has been issued for the elderly and medically vulnerable who were asked to shield during the first lockdown.
New Government guidance has ben issued in line with the new three-tier lockdown system announced by the Prime Minisiter Boris Johnson on Monday.
Under the new rules, the Chief Medical Officer for England has the power to order a return to shielding indoors for the most vulnerable in areas where local outbreaks get out of control.
