The leader of Cheshire West and Chester Council has called on the Government to provide more support to businesses in the borough and admits the coming weeks and months ‘won’t be easy’.
The calls come after it was announced on Monday (October 12) that Cheshire and Warrington were to be placed in the ‘Tier 2’ and classed as ‘high risk areas’ by Downing Street as part of new measures aimed at slowing the spread of coronavirus.
