Essex coronavirus: Essex MPs and councillors request move to ‘high level’ Covid-19 lockdown restrictions – Essex Live
Essex could be placed in tier two of the Covid-19 restrictions

Essex Mps and councillors will ask the government to move to ‘high-level’ coronavirus restrictions, it has been confirmed.
Essex County Council leaders are expected to ask the Health Secretary to put the county in Tier Two.
At the moment, most areas in England – as well as all areas in Essex and its surrounding counties – are at a ‘medium’ risk, putting them into Tier One.
However, Essex could soon be placed into Tier two and be on ‘high alert’.
