This is the moment a Birmingham shisha lounge owner tried to hide up to 250 party-goers from police – but was hit with a £10,000 super fine.
The owner of Kasablanca Shisha Lounge turned off the music, closed the shutters and told everyone inside to ‘be quiet’ to deter officers as they arrived to shut down the event on Wednesday, September 30.
But undeterred by the ruse, the law enforcers headed inside and discovered hundreds of unmasked customers with no social distancing in place.
