											Seven counties have been hit by a staggering rise in coronavirus cases over the last two weeks as Covid-19 continues to spread across Ireland.
One of the key measures used by health officials to determine the level of infection in a particular area is the 14-day incidence rate of confirmed cases per 100,000 population.
