Bristol University coronavirus cases surge to almost 400 – Bristol Live
Another 139 cases have been confirmed in the past three days
Almost 400 students at the University of Bristol have now contracted coronavirus, after another rapid surge in case numbers.
The outbreak among the university’s community was first confirmed last week, and on Friday (October 9) The Courtrooms student halls went into lockdown due to the virus spreading there.
From today (Monday, October 12) the university will be providing daily updates on the number of known cases among its staff and students.
