Joe Biden has criticised Donald Trump’s decision to resume his election campaign despite testing positive for the coronavirus earlier this month.
Mr Trump will give a public speech at the White House for the first time since testing positive for COVID-19, and will also hold a Florida rally next week in an attempt to relaunch his stumbling reelection campaign with only 25 days to go.
