Online classifieds business Frontier Digital Ventures is set to launch a $100 million equity raising to fund acquisitions.

It is understood stockbrokers Morgans and Bell Potter were lining up early backers for the deal on Wednesday morning.
The raising was split between a $63.4 million placement and a one-for-nine non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise the balance, according to terms sent to funds.
