Anthony Callea has opened up about the horrifying death threat he received prior to the Australian Idol grand finale in 2004.
The 37-year-old singer reflected on the ordeal in an interview with former Idol judge Mark Holden.
“It was hand-delivered to the house and it was essentially, ‘If Anthony won the grand final he will be killed,'” Callea said in an episode of an upcoming podcast The Idol Archives.
