(CNN Business)The all-electric Porsche Taycan became the brand’s best selling car in the United States in the third quarter. Only the company’s SUV models, the Cayenne and the Macan, sold in higher numbers.
The sales gap between the Taycan and the SUVs was large, though, since the Cayenne and Macan SUVs combined accounted for about two-thirds of Porsche’s roughly 15,500 US sales in the last quarter.
