Zynga Farmville ends as Flash Player exits – 7NEWS.com.au
The Facebook game launched in 2009.
After 11 animated animal-loving years FarmVille, which first appeared as a Facebook game in 2009 has reached the end of the country road.
The game, created by Zynga, is based on Adobe Flash Player, so with the loss of Flash Player it has been decided to unplug the game rather than switch to another format and let the animals run free.
The gate will be shut on December 31, 2020.
