Though Ana de Armas has appeared in a number of big Hollywood projects recently, the Cuban star could count Knives Out as one that brought her worldwide fame.
But, the actress revealed in a recent interview, she initially turned down the chance to audition.
In an interview with Flaunt magazine, she says that the three-word description of her character seemed like a stereotype that she wanted to avoid: “Latina, caretaker, pretty.”
