Panic of the bubonic plague ravages China … and the authorities…
Authorities announced at ChinaA state of emergency after a 3-year-old child was infected with bubonic plague in the southwest of the country.
According to the British newspaper Express, the child contracted the disease in a rural village in Mingai Prefecture in Yunnan Province, as his case was reported last week before it was confirmed Sunday.
