There is a testing blitz on Victorias Surf Coast after COVID fragments were found in wastewater taken from the sewer network.
On Wednesday, Victorias Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton confirmed the viral fragments were found in the sewerage at Anglesea on September 22.
It was confirmed to on Tuesday be COVID-19.
