Renewing the space race they clearly won, Russia wants to be the first country to shoot a movie above the planet. 
A statement put out by the Russian space agency has confirmed that the international race to become the first country to shoot footage in space is certainly a thing.
Roscosmos, Russias NASA equivalent, announced early last week that Yellow, Black and White studio, one of the largest production studios in Russia, plans to make a movie in space.
