Last year Simone Wilkins made a promise to her cousin that she would get herself tested for breast cancer despite showing no symptoms.
Her first mammogram didnt pick up the cancer, however a following ultrasound did.
She is now urging all women to get themselves checked for breast cancer even those under the age of 50.
