‘It was an awesome ride’: Harley Bennell confirms AFL career over after COVID rules breach – Fox Sports
Harley Bennell’s AFL career is all but over, with the 27-year-old taking to Instagram to confirm he would not be playing on in 2021 with Melbourne.

Bennell was on track to play for the Dees for at least another year, before his COVID-19 league protocol breach on the Sunshine Coast resulted in a four-game suspension for him and a $50,000 fine for the club.
Posting on Instagram on Monday morning, Bennell reflected on the awesome ride across his 10-year, three-club AFL journey.
