In a weekend that saw Australias record auction price smashed in Vaucluse, and an eye-watering $8.13 million paid for two derelict properties in Glebe, the preliminary clearance rate from Saturdays auctions was a bullish 69.7 per cent the highest since 73.8 per cent was recorded on March 7.
