Australia postpones first ever Test match against Afghanistan – Sydney Morning Herald
Australia’s historic first Test match against Afghanistan this summer is officially off this summer and will be pushed back until after the Ashes next year..

Three one-day internationals between Australia and New Zealand that were to close out the home summer have also been postponed for a year, with the prospect of the Black Caps having to isolate for two weeks either side of the Tasman not deemed feasible for such a short tour.
That development may assist Cricket Australia in its dealings with broadcaster Seven West Media as it technically frees up Australian international players for the Big Bash League in late January.
