Non-alcoholic spirit maker Lyre’s sales have soared during the pandemic as consumers turn to ‘mindful drinking’.
“I see the emergence of this category as a black swan event in the consumer goods sector,” he said. “If you wind the clock back 15 years we were all drinking that’s changing and people are removing alcohol entirely or removing it one or two nights a week.”
