Lachie Neale’s night of nights: Lions star claims two major awards – and by massive margins – Fox Sports
The inaugural edition of the AFL Awards has belonged to Lachie Neale, with the Brisbane star crowned the 2020 AFL Players’ Association MVP among a triumvirate of individuals honours.
Not only was the Lions midfielder comprehensively voted by his peers as the best player of the season, Neale also claimed the 2020 Shadforth Financial Group AFL Coaches Association Champion Player of the Year Award and won All-Australian honours for the second consecutive year.
