Cricket broadcast war rages on as Seven scoff at new CA offer – Fox Sports
Cricket Australia has reportedly budged in its broadcast showdown with Channel 7, but both parties are a long way off reaching an agreement.
Sydney Morning Herald reports that CA offered the free-to-air network a discounted price for the summer of cricket despite weeks of refusing to compromise.
Nonetheless, sources at Channel 7 told the publication that the offer was still well over what the network is willing to pay.
