Cleanaway CEO loses $2.3m grant, bonus cut linked to behaviour issues – The Australian Financial Review
Vik Bansal stands to lose a further $2.3 million as Cleanaway withdraws the granting of performance rights following revelations of a bullying probe.
Cleanaway’s full-year financial accounts, released late last month, showed Mr Bansal had “offered to forgo” his short-term incentive bonus “due to COVID-19-related challenges faced by the group” and that the board had “agreed to reduce” his short-term bonus by 25 per cent.
